Hideyuki Kasuga
Born in Nagano, Japan. Ph.D. in Engineering. Representative of hide kasuga group, a company dedicated to advancing the circular economy. Founder and owner of environmentally conscious brands BLANC BIJOU PARIS®, hide k 1896®, and TRANSWOOD®.
Dr. Kasuga promotes the social implementation of the circular economy, covering everything from the development of sustainable materials and products to the construction of circular systems. He also provides consulting services to various companies, leveraging expertise gained through his own brands.
In the field of education, he serves as a Specially Appointed Professor at Shinshu University and a Visiting Lecturer at Waseda University, focusing on the development of future talent. He is also the proponent of “Reiwa Modernism®”, a lifestyle concept that blends traditional and contemporary Japanese values.

Born in 1954, Kengo Kuma established Kengo Kuma & Associates in 1990. Currently a special professor and professor emeritus at the University of Tokyo, he has projects underway in more than 50 countries. He proposes architecture that opens up new relationships between nature, technology, and mankind. His major publications include "Architecture in Japan" (Iwanami Shinsho), "All Work" (Daiwa Shobo), "Point, Line, Surface" (Iwanami Shoten), "Losing Architecture" (Iwanami Shoten), "Natural Architecture", "Small Architecture" (Iwanami Shinsho), and many others.

Born in Tokyo in 1969. Graduated from the Department of Industrial Design, Faculty of Engineering, Chiba University. In 2005, he established znug design Inc. and has been involved in concept planning and design of many industrial products, contributing to the revitalization of creative activities of manufacturing companies. He has presented his work at design events in Japan and abroad, including Salon del Mobile "Satellite" in Milan, Maison et Objet in Paris, and "JAPAN DESIGN +" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Member of the jury for the Good Design Award. Winner of the Good Design Gold Award 2020 (Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award) (LOVOT) and many other awards.

Born in Tokyo in 1974. After spending his childhood in the U.S., he graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts with a B.F.A. in Design and an M.F.A. in Fine Arts from the same university. After working in Milan, established Creative Norm. Representative of Creative Norm, part-time lecturer at Tokyo University of the Arts, part-time lecturer at Joshibi University of Art and Design, part-time lecturer at Showa Women's University, and supporter of more trees. 2008 Good Design Award (Prua / Tendo Woodworks), 2008 Good Design Award (IGSA series / Isao Soejima Shoten), 2012 Good Design Award ( Alant/ITOKI) and many other awards.

Hiromi Tokawa
Editor in Chief of Riches & Esquire The Big Black Book. 1986 joined Fujingaho (now Fujingaho Publishing). She was editor-in-chief of "mc sister" and "25ans (Vincent Kang)" before leaving the company in 1999. After launching "Vogue Nippon" (now "Vogue Japan"), she was appointed editor-in-chief of "25ans" again in 2006, launched "Richesse" in 2012, and has served as editor-in-chief since then. In 2023, he will become a specially-appointed professor at Shinshu University.
