HIDE KASUGA 1896 INC. has issued new shares through a third-party allotment to "Hachijuni Sustainability No.1 Investment Limited Partnership" and "Shinshu Startup and Succession Support Investment Limited Partnership".
(Representative Director: Hideyuki Kasuga), the core company of the "hide kasuga group," has completed a capital increase through a third-party allotment of new shares to a third party in June 2024, underwritten by "Hachijuni Sustainability No.1 Investment Limited Partnership" in which Hachijuni Bank (President: Masaki Matsushita) has invested, and "Shinshu Startup Succession Support Investment Limited Partnership" in which financial institutions in Nagano Prefecture have invested together. The fundraising was completed in June 2024 through a third-party allocation of new shares to be underwritten by "Hachijuni Sustainability No. 1 Investment Limited Partnership," in which The Hachijuni Bank (President: Masaki Matsushita), Ltd. Through this fundraising, we will actively invest in development, hiring of human resources, and advertising expenses to meet the accelerating domestic demand for our environmentally friendly brand "hide k 1896 | trance wood" in the growing market of circular economy.
